Babaric, abominable. The minister of Home Affairs or the chief of Police must be ashamed of this.Such people must be removed from the force.The whole police force needs a through clean up. One wonders if this is a norm or just an isolated incident.Instilling fear in those who are supposed to protect the citizen is unacceptable.This same tactic was used during Gukurahundi time to instill fear among people not to vote for Joshua Nkomo.To see this trend in operation in this day and age is a disgrace.
